The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Refurbishment of Curwood Hall, Bonbeach.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Demolition of existing internal male and female change room amenities and both accessible toilets.
* Refurbish both male and female amenities to include new cubicle showers and toilets.
* Demolish existing accessible amenity room and refurbish to create one compliant size accessible amenity consisting of toilet, shower and basin.
It is Council’s intention to award the contract on November 2018. Works can commence as soon as possible but must be completed by end of March 2019.
