This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Comcare is seeking a vendor to provide Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) using an "as a Service model".
The successful vendor will implement and manage the solution on behalf of Comcare.
The ongoing services must include management, analysis, monitoring and notification services.
Comcare is seeking to upgrade it's Security Event and Information Management capability. Given the increasing complexity and resource intensive nature of this field, Comcare is looking to outsource the management and maintenance of this function to a suitably capable and qualified vendor.
Ensure that Comcare have a SIEM solution that is managed and monitored. Smaller agencies simply do not have the resources (infrastructure and staff) required to manage and monitor a robust SIEM solution.
