Tender Description
* Site and Traffic Management
* Civil Works (this includes but is not limited to new deep strength asphalt pavement with drainage for new access road of approximately 400 metres)
* Site preparation and installation of two new weighbridges (weighbridge procured separately by Council)
* Construction of new gatehouse (6m x 3m Atco Hut or equivalent with internal fit-out including ambulant toilet, office space, internet access)
* Construction of new undercover street sweeper drop off bay on concrete slab connected to a grease interceptor trap.
* Construction of two 4-bay Construction and Demolition Waste material storage bunkers
* Installation of cardboard/plastics baler (provided by others)
* Relocation of Services
* Lighting, CCTV cameras
* Installation of all-weather shelter over new gatehouse (possible tender option)
* Standardisation and upgrade of facility signage to Sustainability Victoria better practice standards
Note that this is a brief overview of the Proposed Contract and the scope of work. More details will be provided to Respondents that are invited to participate in the next stage of the process which is an invitation to Tender.
The Proposed Contract will incorporate the AS4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract, a copy of which is available on request.
