Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of suitably qualified, experienced and reliable contractor(s) to provide the following on-site software support and development services for the City:
A. Ongoing support for business as usual activities, with some project development works for the Rates and Revenue Department in Property and Rating; for a minimum of 3 days per month;
B. Ongoing support for business as usual activities and the ongoing project development for Technology One Property and Rating system in Ci; for a minimum of 2 days per week; and
C. Ongoing support for the migration, project development and general business as usual activities, for the entire Technology One suite in Ci Anywhere, with an initial focus on Property and Rating Customer Requests; for a minimum of 2 days per week.
The Principal is a digitally progressive Council and is constantly seeking opportunities for business improvement.
The primary push project-wise for the next three years will be focussed on business process improvement, by reviewing and digitising business processes during the migration of all TechOne services to Ci Anywhere.
All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in accordance with the Contract, Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with Principal instigated options to extend.
