General Scope of Supply / Services
The Contractor will be responsible for supporting the Managing Contractor, their sub trades and furniture, fitting and equipment (FF&E) (including major medical equipment (MME) & biomedical equipment (BME) vendors and will support the integration of all Digital Systems, including digital integrations of FF&E (including MME & BME) equipment and systems where they are installed and commissioned prior to SP practical completion.
The Contractor principally works for the Managing Contractor as a trade subcontractor; and consequently, will need to lead and coordinate digital works with other trade subcontractors for their design and delivery.
The Contractor coordinates works with the Managing Contractor (MC). The Managing Contractors digital team coordinates all digital escalations through to appropriate governance forum or authoritative leads, facilitating problem resolution, and facilitating Client decision making and problem resolution activities.
The Contractor executes all their project responsibilities in conjunction with the Managing Contractor and is responsible for their own design, delivery and assurance.
The scope of this package includes but not be limited to, the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, project management and training for the following systems and services.
Supply Chain Management System WBH
By Practical Completion
a. Provision of a Supply Chain Management System to each nominated area of the Functional Brief.
b. Provision of all hardware, perpetual software, and licenses to operate the Supply Chain Management System.
c. Provision of Detailed Design Documentation
d. Provision of environments, system configuration and data promotion between environments.
e. Provision of integrations to systems provided by the State that require an interface.
f. Provision of integrations to systems provided by the Managing Contractor that require an interface.
g. Coordination with the Client, their consultants, contractors and related organisations.
h. Provision of construction and shop drawings where required in line with the Building Information Management Plan.
i. Implementation in accordance with this Scope of Works document.
j. Site specific configuration using samples of production format data (i.e. extracts from production systems, test data feeds, sample users and groups etc.)
k. Provision of sample data migrations.
l. Facilitate Technical Consultation Group sessions to inform system configuration and workflows.
m. Provision of workflows.
n. Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) activities.
o. Training.
p. Testing.
q. Defects Liability Period.
Post-Practical Completion
a. Additional configuration to support technical and business go-live activities.
b. Additional data migrations to support technical and business go-live activities.
c. Additional workflow updates to support technical and business go-live activities.
d. Additional Moves, Adds and Changes to support technical and business go-live activities.
e. Support User Acceptance Testing.
f. Additional training.
g. Support technical and business go-live activities during the hyper care period.
Inventory Management System OPH
By Practical Completion

HSE Requirements
SUBCONTRACTOR shall comply with all regulations and procedures relating to Health and Safety and Environment requirements laid down by Statutory Authorities, CONTRACTOR and the SUBCONTRACTOR’S Own Safety Manual. SUBCONTRACTOR shall maintain a highest regard of the health and safety of its own personnel and of environment and ensure that its activities do not endanger the safety of SUBCONTRACTOR’S personnel and local communities.
All reasonable precautions shall be taken for the protection of the workers and of the members of public and property that might be affected by SUBCONTRACTOR’S Work/Services
