Tender Description
The scope of works is to provide the necessary consultancy services to facilitate the development of detailed designs for office upgrades as well as provide project management and construction support services to facilitate the implementation of the upgrades.
It is anticipated that the design and implementation will be performed as a staged approach, including the following activities;
- Project Inception
- Stage 1: Confirmation of Basis of Design
- Stage 2: Detailed Design
- Stage 3: Implementation Planning
- Stage 4: Implementation
