Tender Description
Monash Health are seeking a suitable supplier to service the multiple chiller units currently installed across several sites.
The project scope includes:
* Initial site surveys to gain familiarity in equipment configuration and operational control.
* Undertaking regular servicing strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance requirements; or, in the absence of the manufacturer’s maintenance manual, in accordance with AIRAH DA 19 HVAC & R Maintenance Schedule requirements.
* Undertaking emergency call outs to repair failed plants.
* Preparing and maintaining chiller maintenance logs.
* Reporting on prospective maintenance, repair and replacement requirements, and associated expenditure.
