Tender Description
The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is one of Australia's leading research and teaching universities. UNSW is a founding member of the Group of Eight research intensive universities in Australia.
UNSW is proposing to establish an enterprise wide technology solution to record, case manage and report on all complaints and misconduct cases at the University. This includes:
* Student complaints
* Student plagiarism and misconduct
* Serious student misconduct
* Academic and Professional staff complaints
* Research integrity and misconduct allegations; and
* Other complaints, including from people external to UNSW.
The University is looking for a technology solution that will enable it to:
* case manage all complaints and allegations of misconduct at the University
* track and monitor complaints and allegations lodged
* provide end-to-end workflow in managing cases
* integrate with existing enterprise systems [e.g. the student and staff information management systems (SiMs and PiMs) and the new student relationship management system (ECRMS)
* provide secure record keeping and communication; and
* enable accurate reporting to management.
Over the coming months the University will be seeking to identify a single provider with proven capability and experience to:
* deliver the total solution described in this RFI (the project)
* undertake all activities to develop a functional and highly resilient complaints management solution capable of meeting current needs and supporting future technology innovations and increases in business needs
* work in collaboration with UNSW staff to implement and provide ongoing support to ensure the solution operates effectively and efficiently.
