Tender Description
Council intends to engage a suitably experienced contractor who can deliver the project outcomes as defined in the architectural plans and tender documentation and specification. These pavilion building plans accord with the intent of the approved Concept plan and cover the building details of works generally described within the Project Brief.
The projects aims to deliver Year 1 works, the provision of secondary change facilities and associated amenities, for Batterham Reserve, The Basin, and Knox Gardens Reserve, Wantirna South in accordance with the intent expressed in the concept design documentation.
