Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of Stage 4 of theTunstall Square Shopping Centre Streetscape Improvement Works. The works include the construction of asphalt footpath, car park, installation of bluestone pavers, concrete kerb, tree pits and underground drainage.
The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the following items:
* Removal of existing pavements, signs and street furniture within the works area;
* Construction of footpath, kerb, line marking, underground drainage and tree pits;
* Reinstatement of signs, line markings and street furniture following construction.
A pre-tender site visit has been arranged for 10:00am on Wednesday, 8th November 2017 in front of ANZ Bank Tunstall Square Shopping Centre, Tunstall Rd, Donvale (Melways Map 48, D2).
