Tender Description
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is to seek tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced
contractor for the development, hosting and maintenance of a Relationship Management
System (RMS) including the provision for an enterprise level reporting and analytics solution.
The successful Tenderer will provide a RMS that integrates with the City’s existing core
systems and new website, providing a single 360-degree view of the City’s customers
(including correspondence, social media, Memberships etc.), knowledge management
capabilities and seamless customer request system.
The City is looking for a world-class, RMS that will improve the customers experience with
the City and drastically improve internal efficiencies.
