Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Jemena requires the engagement of a suitably qualified contractor to perform construction works for its Tempe Gas Primary Regulating System (PRS) Upgrade project during the period of February to April, 2018.

The main construction scope covers civil, mechanical and E&I works such as:

  • Replacement of 2 x control valves and associated piping (including welding)
  • Installation of new pipe supports
  • Replacement of pneumatic controllers
  • Installation of pit level transmitters
  • Installation of temperature elements
  • Removal of concrete internal transverse walls
  • Concrete repair, crack sealing, and protective coating to reinforced concrete walls and base slabs
  • Refurbishment of steel pit lids and framework
