The contract provides for additions and renewal of the Strathaird Family & Community Centre, 106-108 Strathaird Drive, Narre Warren South (Melway 130 A4). Works include some demolition & minor refurbishment of the existing building (400m²) and construction of additions (805m²) consisting of steel structure with brick veneer timber frame on slab construction, and metal deck roofing.
