Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act.
ACU is a public university, funded by the Commonwealth Government, and is open to students and staff of all religious beliefs.

The University has approximately 33,500 students and 3,500 staff spread across seven (7) campuses: Melbourne, Ballarat, Strathfield, North Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, and Adelaide. Headquarters are located in North Sydney.
ACU’s Marketing and External Relations department (MER) provides a branded merchandise service. The purpose of this tender process is to select a suitably qualified supplier to supply a reliable, high quality, online merchandise service for ACU staff, students and external stakeholders.
