Tender Description
Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from community groups, service providers, charities, and organisations who would like to participate at a Neighbourhood Block Party. Through this form, you can apply to be involved by delivering a stall, activity, service, or community activation as part of the event.
Key Criteria for Service Provider Selection:
- The proposed community activity, service, or offering suitable for a Neighbourhood Block Party;
- Must hold current Public Liability Insurance. Preference given to businesses, organisations and NGOs in the Liverpool LGA and South Western Sydney;
- ONE service provider can only be at ONE location/date per 3 months, to ensure a shared opportunity.
- Council events are not politically or religiously aligned. Accordingly, religious organisations and political parties are not eligible to participate in these events.
Successful applicants will be notified 2 weeks prior to each event. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified each event.
