Overview
Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from markets who would like to trade at the upcoming Starry Sari event, to be held in November 2026.
About
The event welcomes all market stalls relative to the cultural regions of South Asia. Local businesses are warmly encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Vendors must be available to trade for the full day (Sunday); accepted vendors are committing to trading for all day
- Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused
- Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered
- Stalls must be culturally relevant to the event theme

Applicants should review the eligibility points above before completing the Markets EOI form. EOI applications close on Friday 9th October 2026, 5pm.
