Tender Description
Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from Stallholders who would like to participate at a Neighbourhood Block Party.
Key Criteria for Stallholder Selection:
- Local businesses that reside within the Liverpool Local Government Area
- Vendors must be considered a "food truck", "food stall", or "market stall" to be eligible for acceptance
- Vendors that provide offerings that are both affordable and experience focused
- Vendors who cater to specific dietary needs
- Vendors must be able to provide all required documentation i.e Public Liability Insurance, Food Safety Supervisor Certification, and any relevant Health Inspection Reports
- Service Time
- Size of stall/marquee (dependent of size of site)
- Social media presence
At this time, Council are not accepting applications from information stalls, interagency and government services for the 2026-2027 Suburban Activations.
Successful applicants will be notified 2 weeks prior to each event. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified each event.
