Tamworth Regional Council, together with event partner Multicultural Tamworth Inc., is inviting applications from stallholders and performers for the 2026 Fiesta La Peel, an annual multicultural event celebrating culture, food and family in the Tamworth region.

Fiesta La Peel is Tamworth region's annual Multicultural event celebration of culture, food and family fun, attended by thousands of community members and visitors each year. It is presented by Tamworth Regional Council and event partner, Multicultural Tamworth Inc.

Scope

The opportunity includes:

• Operating a stallholder site at the 2026 Fiesta La Peel
• Performing on the main stage at the 2026 Fiesta La Peel

Contract Terms and Conditions

Site Fees

• 3m x 3m site: $100 inc GST
• 6m x 3m site: $200 inc GST

Power

• Per power outlet, 10/15 amp: $25 inc GST
• Per power outlet, 3 phase: $70 inc GST
• Power lead 10amp (20m), each: $25 inc GST
• Power lead 15amp (20m), each: $50 inc GST

Electrical Call Out Fee

• Out of hours weekend rate: $500.00 inc GST for any stall requiring this service during the event operating hours of 4pm to 9pm

This is not a guarantee of booking for stallholders or performers. Each application will be assessed and applicants will be notified by the end of September 2026 via the email address supplied in the application.

• Completed application form covering all required areas
• Current copy of Public Liability Insurance ($20 million)
• Any other required supporting documents as specified in the application form

This application form is for stallholders wishing to secure a site and for individuals or groups wishing to perform on the main stage at the 2026 Fiesta La Peel.

Applications close on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 5:00pm.
