Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide mechanical maintenance services on mechanical heating and cooling plant located at the Camberwell Municipal Offices - Buildings 1, 2 and 3, Inglesby Road, Camberwell. The Contract will commence on 1 January 2018 for a term of 3 years.
