Tender Description
The scope of works of the project includes a cosmetic refurbishment to Level 2 of DMB.
West and Centre, and a full demolition, including hazardous material abatement, and new fitout to Level 1 of DMB West and Centre. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment will be procured by LTU and the subcontractor then novated to the eventual contractor for coordination and management.
The project will involve three staged turnovers: 1) L2 DMW; 2) L2 DMC; 3) L1 DMW and Centre. Completion for L2 works is targeted for 22 December 2017. Completion for L1 works is targeted for 27 April 2018.
