RFT 2017/141 for Provision of a Library Management System to Northern Beaches Council.
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of a Library Management System (LMS). The scope of the tender includes:
* Supply and implementation of a LMS to Council's requirement
* Integration with Council core systems (dependant on the solution selected) as required to support functional operation of the selected system
* Integration of the LMS to non-core Council systems and add-ins including but limited to:
* MS Office Professional Suite
* Browsers
* SalesForce CRM
* SalesForce Marketing Cloud
* Migration of data and files from the existing LMS's to the selected LMS
* Deployment of the LMS across all branches in the Library service
* Development and delivery of a staff training program and support materials
* Decommissioning of legacy LMS's
* On-going hosting and maintenance and support of a LMS.
The Contract term will be 3 years with two (2) optional extensions at Council's sole discretion of 24 months each.
