The Yarra Ranges Shire Council,(‘the Client’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Landscape Architect and Water Play Consultant Services for Warburton Recreational Reserve (‘the Services’).
This project comprises the design and documentation for a Water Play and Recreational facility.
This project is potentially in two (2) stages. The first stage is funded by the Client and is itemised in the cost plan in Appendix A. The Client is seeking external funding to complete the entire project, however if unsuccessful, only stage one (1) will be constructed.
This is a lump sum contract. Tenderers are required to price the project as if it is proceeding in its entirety. In the event the Client can only fund stage one (1), the documents will need to be revised to reflect the works in stage one (1) only.
Tenderers are advised that the consultancy start date is as soon as possible.
Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
