Requirement for Services Brief:
In the current financial years ( FY 17/18) Work Plan ( Annual Works Plan for 17/18), JHR shall undertake condition and load rating assessment for 115 bridges (Overbridges and Underbridges) in the regional l NSW areas. The works are scheduled to commence around mid August 2017 and will be completed before the 30th of June 2018.
JHR will hold an EOI briefing for interested Consultancies at Parramatta Office (Level 1 20 Smith Street, Parramatta on 17 July 2017. Contact Sam Fayyadh via email Sam.Fayyadh@jhg.com.au to confirm timing . Briefing Invite will be sent out for the Consultancies who contacted Sam Fayyadh before 13 July 2017).
Interested consultancts must meet the following specific requirements:
Comply to Building Code 2016 - All the consultants must comply with The Building Code 2016.
Have the required licences to enter rail corridor and conduct inspections (for staff and at the time of the inspection).
A written EOI must be submitted as part of this EOI process. Please consult the "EOI Documentation - Selection Criteria" document attached to this work package.
