Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking to engage a consultant to investigate the options available and the feasibility of constructing a stormwater harvesting system at City Oval, Coburg to supply water for irrigation.
The project is to investigate the feasibility of both stand-alone systems (servicing only City Oval) and larger precinct systems supplying multiple reserves.
This project also includes quantification of the potential benefits of stormwater harvesting options and development of a cost benefit analysis (CBA).
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
