As part of Manningham City Councils Capital Works Program, it is proposed to construct an open drain and a retaining wall within Kathleen Reserve, along the northern property boundary of 1 Pinnacle Crescent, Bulleen.
The major components of these works include:
* The construction of an open drain and retaining wall
* The demolition of the existing open drain within the area
