Head Builder (Commercial Construction)

⁠⁠⁠Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating multiple enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development industries across Australia. Two current development projects in our 2017 portfolio, a resort and a hotel on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, present us with a need to contract with a Head Builder(s) to lead the construction projects’ construction works.Our approach to market invites qualified individuals/organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest for the provision of the associated services in order to oversee the entirety of the project’s construction phase. Services are to include extensive liaising with other contracted service providers (i.e. engineers, architect, appointed project manager, sub-contractors etc…), as well as authorities, where relevant.

We seek a qualified and experienced head builder(s) with extensive relevant commercial success, ideally with some exposure to resorts/accommodation/leisure.

Working with our stakeholders, and in coordination with our group management and operations teams, your role will be implicit in ensuring our commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding delivery expectations, assisting us in continued growth and enforcing a brand that will be new to the marketplace.

Given onsite involvement and the location of the development, there is a preference in our market approach through this EOI that Respondents be based within proximity to the Sunshine Coast and/or be prepared to travel.
