Knox Play Space Renewal 2016-17

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contract:

Knox Play Space Renewal 2016-17

The provision of a quality assured contract for play space renewal including hard and soft landscape works at the following six sites Balmoral Gardens Reserve, Wantirna South Melway 72 G4, Eildon Park Reserve, Rowville, Melway 82 C1, Harrow Garden Reserve, Wantirna, Melway 63 H9, Michael Street Reserve, Scoresby, Melway 72 F6, Park Ridge, Rowville, Melway 73 F12, Windermere Reserve, Ferntree Gully, Melway 73 E6.

The contract will be a fixed term contract from the date of written acceptance of Tender with practical completion to reach within 12 weeks of commencement of work, plus a 13-week maintenance and establishment period. Practical Completion will be achieved once all landscape works have been completed to the satisfaction of the superintendent.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the at Knox City Council Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South In Meeting Room 1 at 2:30pm on Tuesday, 23rd May, 2017.

Tender forms, drawings and specification may be obtained from Monday, 15th May 2017 for a non refundable cost of $75.00 (incl. GST) at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South. Alternatively, documentation may be downloaded from Council’s website www.knox.vic.gov.au under ‘Tenders’.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2:00pm Wednesday 7th June 2017.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
