Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating multiple enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development industries across Australia. The latest project in our 2017 portfolio, a resort development in the Byron Bay region, NSW, presents us with a need to contract with a commercial civil and structural engineer to lead the engineering management of the project.
Our approach to market invites qualified individuals/organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest for the provision of commercial civil and structural engineering related services. including for drainage, car parks and building. We will consider proposals that can address all civil and structural requirements as a whole, or proposals that can address any one or more of the requirements.
Participants in this EOI will need to demonstrable relevant experience in working in coordination with contracted project managers as well as other contractors, and be prepared to provide ongoing consultation with our stakeholders (including with our group management and operations teams), to ensure that our timeframes and deadlines are met.
The contract(s) available are not for the faint-hearted. They will provide an abundance of opportunity and will considerably attribute to your profit growth. Dedication, commitment, flexibility and focus are important attributes to be considered in our assessment processes.
