Heavy Lift Vessel Transportation Package

⁠⁠⁠Subsea 7 scope of work for Greater Western Flank Phase 2 involves the project management, engineering and execution of the following package of work:
* 33.4 km of Steel tube Umbilical laid in 4 sections between GWA platform and Lady Nora drill centre.
* 3 off 4-slot manifolds each at Lady Nora, Sculptor/Rankin and Keast/Dockrell.
* 2-slot manifold at Dockrell.
* ‘Mid-Connection Structure’ between GWF-1/GWF-2 SSIV and GWA PLET.
* 16” OD Expansion tie-in spools connecting GWF-2 PLET to GWF-1/GWF-2 SSIV via mid connection structure (qty-2).
* 10” OD tie-in spools connecting In-line tees to manifolds at Dockrell, Keast/Dockrell, Sculptor/Rankin and combined PLET / In-line Tee at Lady Nora respectively (qty-8).
* Spool Connection Assembly, (SCA) structures located at the mid-point of the 10” OD tie-in spools (qty-4).
* 8” OD Rigid well jumper spools, 1 at Dockrell, 2 at Keast/Dockrell, 2 at Sculptor/Rankin and 3 at Lady Nora connecting manifolds to wells.
* Total of 3 off Tubing Head Spools to be installed at DOA and KDA wellheads.
* EFLs and HFLs connecting various subsea hardware components.
* Crossings, Scour protection, secondary stabilisation and misc support works.
* Testing and pre-commissioning operations

The scope of supply for this Package includes the provision of a geared vessel to perform the following:
* Collection of 100 off pre-fabricated 8”, 10” and 16” spool sections FAS (free alongside) from SE Asia (location TBC)
* Collection of 65 off spreader bar sections FAS (free alongside) from Batam
* Seafasten equipment
* Transport and offload the equipment at the Burrup Materials Facility (BMF) in Dampier, Western Australia

Vessel must be compliant with Australian Invasive Marine Species regulations and standards.

Should the supplier meet Prequalification requirements and be invited to tender, then the following minimum documentation is to be provided for approval by Subsea 7, Woodside and a Marine Warranty Surveyor:
* HSE, Quality and Emergency Response Plans
* Transportation Plan including
  * Mooring and Berthing Plans
  * Lifting Plans
  * Stowage and Seafastening Plans
  * Seafastening design calculations
  * Passage / Transit Plans
