Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Works in this contract include Construction of Playground and Landscaping Work in ARENA District Active Reserve (DAR), Roxburgh Park, the site is located in The Arena Estate, Greenvale.

The Works to be executed consist of but are not necessarily limited to the following:
* Site preparation works
* Earthworks, trimming and grading to required finished levels and grades
* Installation of drainage works
* Supply and installation of services
* Decommission of existing water meter
* Supply and installation of irrigation
* Set out of all works
* Coordination of playground contractors
* Supply and installation of proprietary furniture including footings
* Supply and installation of concrete paving
* Supply and installation of retaining walls including footings
* Supply and installation of retaining wall seating including footings
* Supply and installation of concrete edge
* Supply and installation of spade edge
* Supply and installation of soft fall pine bark mulch
* Supply and installation of wet pour rubber soft fall
* Supply and installation of skate park elements
* Supply and installation of rock boulders
* Preparation of turf areas
* Supply and installation of turf
* Preparation of garden bed planting areas
* Supply and installation of mulch
* Supply and installation of Tuscan toppings (two types)
* Supply and installation of shrubs and ground covers
* Supply and installation of semi-advanced trees
* Maintenance
