Yarra Ranges Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the Supply and Installation of Hard Copy Receipt Automation Solution for Council’s Information Management Services.
This is a Schedule of Rates contract.
Council intends to enter into a lease agreement with the successful tenderer.Tenderers are to provide their own forms of agreement for Council to consider. Council reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any of the terms & conditions suggested by the tenderers.
The lease agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with Council having the option to extend up to a maximum period of two (2) years.
The details of the required solution are described in the Specification. Tenderers must ensure that they read the tender documents fully to ascertain the solution/product to be provided.
Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time. Such agreement will be restricted to significant circumstances outside of the Tenderers control that is likely to impact more than one Tenderer.
