Overview
CSIRO is seeking to establish an arrangement with a suitably qualified supplier to provide resource augmentation services for its Information Management & Technology (IMT) function.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Sourcing, recruiting, managing and administering suitably skilled personnel to support CSIRO's national IT Service Desk services
- Sourcing, recruiting, managing and administering suitably skilled personnel to support CSIRO's On-site Support services
- Provision of personnel to support other surge requirements as identified by CSIRO
- Delivery of services across CSIRO's Australian sites to supplement internal capability and ensure continuity of critical support services
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified to provide resource augmentation services for IT service desk and on-site support functions
