Overview
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking a supplier to support an enterprise service model and process mapping exercise as part of its broader organisational transformation program.
About
DHA is undertaking a significant transformation program, including Digital DHA (Salesforce implementation), to modernise and digitise end-to-end housing services. This includes an organisational ambition to scale operations and significantly grow the housing portfolio over time.
Service Operations, within the Service Delivery Group, delivers tenancy, landlord, and property management services nationally. This function is central to achieving DHA's strategic outcomes and is undergoing redesign to support task specialisation, centralisation, and digital enablement.
Purpose
To support this transformation, DHA requires an integrated enterprise view of its services, operating model, and processes, alongside detailed process mapping and redesign.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Development of an integrated enterprise view of DHA's services and operating model
- Detailed process mapping of DHA's Service Operations function
- Process redesign to support task specialisation, centralisation, and digital enablement
