Tender Description
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider or panel of providers to deliver the cleaning requirements of 23 Council facilities within the municipality.
The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years with two (2) x one (1) years options to extend the term of the contract. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 15 May 2017.
Prospective Tenderers are required to register for and attend a Mandatory Tender Briefing Session to be held at Council Civic Offices as per date & time below.
Tender briefing and site visits for key/large facilities will take place on Thursday March 16, 2017.
