Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) DI-RRC-17-024 seeks tenders from suppliers to supply to the Principal with an integrated, business unit wide compliance and enforcement software solution, being the Services described in more detail in the Statement of Requirements.
The software solution must be capable of supporting compliance and enforcement functions carried out by the NSW Resources Regulator by providing the following broad capabilities:
* Case Management System including advanced workflow capabilities
* Customer Relationship Management
* Incident and event management
* Reporting and auditing tools
* Database, data ETL and data relation
* Data analysis and visualisation
* Content management
* Advanced customer customisation
