Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking a suitably qualified architectural firm to provide head consultancy and sub consultancy services for concept design, schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation and contract administration for future building works at Fleming Park - Brunswick.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that the tender deadline is met. Ensure your tender is loaded and submitted prior to the submission time. Please note that you should commence this well before the submission deadline, consider commencing 24 hours prior, as technical problems can occur the server can be over loaded near the tender finalisation date/time.
Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.
Questions must be submitted via the forum on this site. Questions submitted by phone, email, fax or hard copy may not receive a response. Questions submitted three (3) working days before close time, may not receive a response.
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
