Overview
Knox City Council is seeking a consultant to provide professional design services for the Templeton Reserve Pavilion Upgrade, including detailed design for a partial demolition, full upgrade of the existing pavilion, and construction of a new building at Templeton Reserve Pavilion, 51 Templeton Street, Wantirna South.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of professional design services for the partial demolition of the existing pavilion at Templeton Reserve Pavilion, 51 Templeton Street, Wantirna South
- Provision of professional design services for the full upgrade of the existing pavilion
- Provision of professional design services for the construction of a new building at the site
- Delivery of the design services in accordance with the attached Project Brief
Site Inspection
A tenderer pre-submission site inspection will be held. Attendance is not mandatory.
