Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant to capture digital imagery and undertake a condition survey of Council's footpath assets. The consultant is required to capture and provide the following:
1. Digital imagery and condition assessment of Council footpaths
2. Digital imagery and condition assessment of Council shared paths provisional item
3. Verify the surface type of footpath segments
The condition assessment data is to be supplied in a format suitable for upload to Council's Asset Management System IPS/Hansen. The survey footage captured during the assessment must be of an appropriate high definition digital format. Council will give preference to consultants who can provide Council with access to the survey footage without the need to install additional programs on individual PCs.

Please note there are mandatory requirements that the successful contractor will be required to meet as outlined below. Tenderers who do not meet the mandatory criteria will not be considered further for this project.
