Tender Description
Woodside has an ongoing requirement for provision of rig position services in support of the Greater Enfield Project in the most efficient and cost effective manner, while ensuring the integrity of any adjacent assets and seabed infrastructure.
The successful Contractor shall be responsible for the following:
* Provision of mobilisation of the specified navigation and positioning systems.
* Provision of suitably qualified and experienced survey personnel.
* Installation of the contractor supplied navigation and positioning systems.
* Standard calibrations and verifications as prescribed in Specifications and Standards.
* Provision of fully documented survey procedure for each rig move operation.
* Provision of positioning services during mooring operations and throughout the transit to the new location.
* Logging of rig position during the transit and specifically during mooring operations
* Determination of the surface and seabed position of the drill string.
* Determination of the final anchor positions from Contractor acquired AHV (Anchor Handling Vessel) positions and supplementary data supplied by the WEL Survey or Marine Representative.
* De-mobilisation of specified equipment as required.
Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable Contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
