Reconstruction of Macquarie Place, Boronia

⁠⁠⁠The provision of a quality assured contract for the reconstruction of Macquarie Place, Boronia, involving the following quantities: removal of concrete (200sqm), removal of kerb and channel (503m), removal of asphalt pavement (151sqm), agricultural drains (500m), concrete kerb and channel (330m) vehicle crossings (166sqm), pram crossings (7m) concrete paving (6.3sqm), reinforced concrete paving (201sqm), deep lift asphalt pavement (3060sqm), asphalt overlay (3060sqm) and associated linemarking, landscaping and pit modifications.

Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of ten (10) weeks.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.00pm, Wednesday 16 November 2016.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
