DIBP is seeking a skilled, qualified provider to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate tiered resilience training programmes.
DIBP anticipates that tiers 1 and 2 training for staff and managers might be derived from off-the-shelf products, adapted and contextualised to meet DIBP business needs.
However, DIBP anticipates for tier 3 training that the provider will work with DIBP to analyse, design, and develop training to support department specific roles; e.g. those who work with objectionable material or witness vicarious trauma such as staff in client services, detention centres, investigations, border operations, and health services roles amongst other areas. Additionally, staff in roles related to the above may have incidental or accidental exposure, and training solutions should seek to support these staff also.
