Overview
The VET (WA) Ministerial Corporation, represented by the Department of Training and Workforce Development, is seeking to establish a Panel Arrangement comprising private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for the delivery of Vocational Education and Training services.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of Vocational Education and Training services by private Registered Training Organisations under a Panel Arrangement

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held to outline and clarify the basis and details of the proposed contractual framework.
