Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for Rest Area Maintenance in Hunter & Northern Regions.
The tender is for maintenance of Rest areas and roadside toilets located about 90 locations along Pacific Highway, New England Highway, Putty road and other RMS maintained roads in the Hunter & Northern Regions of NSW.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at: 11:30am on Wednesday, 19th October 2016 at RMS Office, RMD Hunter conference Room, and 47 Darby Street, Newcastle.
Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by 17 October 2016 to the email address Hariharan.BALASUBRAMANIAM@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation - 16.0000302040.1836”
Tender shall be submitted before 2.30pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 02 November 2016. The tenders shall be submitted to the E-Tender.
