The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the Preparation of Business Case and Detailed Functional Design for the Proposed Coldstream Recycled Water Pipeline Project (‘the Services’).
The proposed work will review various alternative options for the conceptual design of the scheme with a key outcome being the determination of the arrangement that represents the strongest initial business case.
The scheme is being promoted as a partnership between local growers and regional agencies.
Previously prepared business cases in 2010 and 2014 established the economic and commercial value of the scheme. The project now requires an updated business case to be developed to validate the viability of the scheme and for a detailed conceptual and functional design of the pipeline route to be prepared to complement the Business Case.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
