Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works to Marian College, Ararat, 304 Barkly Street, Ararat.

The works shall comprise demolition, refurbishment and construction of a new Learning Centre incorporating Learning Classrooms, Offices, Amenities and associated site works (approx. 525m2) Registrations are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received prior to 2.00 pm on Thursday 18 August 2016 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).

Criteria for assessment will be based on:
Technical and managerial capacity
Previous experience and performance
Quality assurance and finishes
Safety records and performance
Workload and capacity
