Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the CT5258 Footpath Construction – Rolling Hills Road Chirnside Park (Melways Ref Map 37J1 –38A1).
Tenderers are advised that the construction start date shall be no later than 1 September 2016 and the project must be completed by no later than 31 March 2016.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
