Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Government Property New South Wales (“PNSW”) is seeking to monetise 30 years of the remaining 94 year ground lease receivable as part of a State Government directive of recycling capital to fund projects.

Macquarie Capital has been appointed as sole financial adviser for the monetisation.
