Landscape works for the Gruner Street Reserve playspace, 10 Gruner Street, Sunbury, Melways reference: 381 K3.
As per Drawings, the scope of works for this project includes:
* Site demolition including removal of existing playground and timber playground edging, cricket net and concrete slab, seating, picnic settings as shown on Demolition Plan, grass and associated topsoil as shown on Demolition Plan within Extent of Works as shown
* Stockpile existing softfall for reuse as mulch in proposed garden beds
* Stockpile existing bin and security post for reinstallation as shown on Drawings
* Earthworks and regrading
* Installation of ag pipe drainage for Playspace with its outlet connection to proposed sump pit
* Installation of Tuscan Toppings aggregate paving with steel edging as shown on Drawings
* Installation of playground equipment by nominated playground supplier to locations as shown on Drawings
* Installation of concrete playground edging around proposed playspace
* Installation of playground softfall within concrete playground edging boundary
* Installation of combined half basketball court and half netball court as detailed
* Installation of two timber bollards along outer edge of reserve to match existing where shown on Drawings
* Widening and deepening of existing swale around existing head wall drainage pit
* Installation of Council-supplied boulders and rocks as shown on Drawings
* Installation of picnic settings and backed seat with arms as detailed
* Installation of irrigation system connected to adjacent mains water connection to location as shown on Drawings
* Installation of garden beds with associated trees and shrubs/ground covers
* Installation of stockpiled existing softfall as mulch in garden beds
* Provision of spade edging around garden beds
Make good and install sections of replacement turf as needed
