Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Penrith City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced Building contractors, to carryout Alteration & associated works to existing premises at 207- 249 Great Western Highway, Emu Plains.

Scope of works includes:
Demolition and alterations to existing, including wet area (toilets including accessible toilet and shower, Kitchen upgrade, Floor finishes, Air Conditioning and fencing and minor modifications to Driveway.
