Introduction
The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Tender for the carrying out of design, supply, installation and commissioning HVAC units and domestic hot water systems for the Cook & Philip Park Pool in accordance with this request.
Background
Cook and Philip Park Pool (CPP) is a recreational facility in the CBD. It hosts a 50m pool as well as hydrotherapy, leisure pool and a fitness centre. All pools are heated making them perfect for year-round swimming. The City has committed to eliminate natural gas use from its operations. The City has ongoing electrification projects of its 6 aquatic centres, with this project addressing the electrification of the domestic hot water and space heating in the gym and offices of CPP.
Project Overview
1. Remove four existing gas fired Baxi boilers in the northern plant room of CPP, Air Handling Unit's (AHU) and replace with heat pumps, with condensers to be located outside of the pool facility under a pedestrian ramp.
2. Install new heat pumps, with condensers to be installed outside of the pool facility under the pedestrian ramp, and storage located in the northern plant room to supply the site's domestic hot water.

Tenderers must submit their response in the manner required by this document.
